The class HTTPServer allows the creation of an HTTP server to which HTTPRequestHandlers will register and handle incoming HTTP requests, the package provides an implementation of the interface HTTPRequestHandler: instances of DefaultHTTPResourceHandler allow access to a resource upon request.
